the title of an old american movie that i really like to know?

i once watched this move, an old movie, like maybe 70s or something,
the movie already has colors, its about a couple, man and woman, who
is i think an american, then the woman went away for sometime without
the husband, she was disguising herself as a geisha, with a contact
lens and make up and all, first, the husband didn't find out, but
then, the husband watch this clip of his wife, the color was inverted
into negative colors so the husband looked at his wife's eye color
which then he knows that it is his wife, the man was angry but i don't
remember the rest, i know this is totally hard to make sense because i
myself don't even really remember it well, but any guess or
suggestions from you will be very appreciated if you know, because i
really REALLY LIKE TO watch this movie again, thanks :)
