Prior to putting my music folder on Itunes, is there anyway I could input Song Title, Artist and Album first?

I have over 23,000 songs on ITunes and doing it one at a time would
take forever.
I prefer just to click/drag the entire folder with preset default
"Song, Artist, Album" and have it defaulted good-to-go.
Instead of generic, unnamed "02 Track 02''.
